Phenolic foam is fireproofing material with excellent insulating performance, it has unique fire retardant and dimensional stability. It has excellent heat resistance (Long-term used at the temperature of 150οC) and excellent fire retardant performance (Reaches GB8624-1997 flame retardant B1 grade).
Akada modified phenolic foam board has the features: flame retardant, low smoke, etc. It is superior to other insulating materials in heat insulation, fire retardant and other areas.
1. Flame retardant A grade
① It is tested by national fireproofing building materials test center based on GB8624-1997, the combustion performance is flame retardant B1 grade.
②6mm inorganic phenolic foam composite is tested by national fireproofing building materials test center based on GB8624-1997, the combustion performance is flame retardant A grade.
③ Reached Class 0 grade of BS476-7
④ Reached technique data(JIS D1201)
⑤Tested by SGS based on ASTM E84-05, the flame propagation parameter is 15, smoke density parameter is 5.
2. Non-toxic, harmless and environment friendly.
3. Small coefficient of heat conductivity, excellent heat insulating effect, light weight, good dimensional stability, corrosion resistance, long service life.
4. Without putrefaction, good chemical stability, good radiation resistance.
